The AKC Canine Good Citizen program is designed to recognize dogs and handlers who have good manners at home and in the community. The test is open to all dogs regardless of pedigree. The steps of the test show that the dog has a foundation for future training whether is be obedience, agility, or other dog sports.
Miami Obedience Club offers Canine Good Citizen testing throughout the year. Several of our members are certified CGC testers. Check the Calendar of events or contact us to see when the next testing date will be.
